The
Team The Locations West Investment Group of Companies are privately owned development and service companies located in Penticton, British Columbia. Incorporated in 1975 with Robin Agur and Janice Agur as the principals, the group of companies naturally evolved from the success of Robin's real estate company, Realty World, which included 10 branch offices covering the Okanagan valley from Osoyoos to Kelowna. Realty World became and has remained the dominant marketing force in the area. In 1997, Realty World became part of a larger national real estate conglomerate, Royal LePage. The Locations West Investment Group of Companies continues to maintain a strong presence with its association with Royal LePage and has approximately 65 realtors identifying the trends and supporting the growing needs of real estate investments. Managing Partner, Randy Kowalchuk, joined the company in 1992. He is responsible for managing new property development and investment opportunites for the firm and its clientele. Martin Lewis came shortly thereafter, as Food & Beverage Director he brings his expertise to the complexities of resort services. Locations West Investment Group is a visionary development consortium that has long recognized the remarkable potential of the South Okanagan and is committed to 'raising the bar' to promote the highest possible quality of development that is in tune with the area's natural beauty.
